Title: Home Video Celebrities
The color blocking (aka grid format) layout is my go-to default style of scrapbooking when I want to whip out a page in an hour. In my current under-the-weather state, this formula was perfect since the sinus pressure has temporarily blocked my creativity.
Technique: Some cool things I've done that may not be apparent in this scan, is that I've used multiple packaging products, and other junk. For example, the text ledger card is actually part of the packaging of the whimsical monster cards. The circular film ribbon strip tag is actually a label peeled of a canister of Tim Holtz negative strip (also used on this page). This antique video camera perfectly ties in with the home movie theme. The blue, glitter stars I added is for the glitz associated with celebrities. The cork mini album page is a Quickutz die.
Thank you for taking an interest in my work ;)
