Title: What's an interview?
Pavadinimas: Kas tai yra interviu?
Just a very quick minimalist, journalistic style inspired layout for the current Random Inspiration Challenge #14: Interview.
I do see scrapbooking opportunities everywhere. These photos and interview presented itself as a scrapbooking opportunity, one ordinary day as I was cleaning up the kitchen after dinner. I began asking Omar questions about his likes/dislikes, and was hit by inspiration to record this interview.
In the photo, Omar is holding up the actual hand-written interview, but due to space constraints on the page, I chose to type it out.
Here's the interview journaling in case it's difficult to read; Notice how I typed my questions in a different color, and italicized my son's answers? This makes for much easier reading as dialogue switches from one person to the other.
What?: Interview with Omar T. Ali; When?: March 23,2010; Where?: listening to classical music while mom’s cleaning up after dinner; Spontaneous interview taken at kitchen table.
Mama: Do you want to play the violin or the guitar when you grow up?
Omar: No, I want to be a construction worker.
M: What’s your favorite food?
O: Mencef. (an Arabic lamb and rice dish)
M: Really? I thought you don’t like that strong, pungent goat cheese sauce.
O: I like Mencef because the sauce is white, and white is my favorite color.
M: Who is your favorite person?
O: You! [pointing at me and laughing].
M: What is your favorite activity in preschool?
O: Racecar sets.
M: What is your favorite game at home?
O: The construction memory game.
M: What is your favorite place to go to?
O: The daycare [at the fitness club], because they have a new kitchen play set.
M: What is your favorite book?
O: Construction book.
M: What is your favorite construction vehicle?
O: The bulldozer.
M: What is your favorite cartoon?
O: The Imagination Movers.
M: What is your favorite season?
O: Summer.
M: What is your favorite sport?
O: Golf...but I like all sports.
M: Thank you for this interview!
O: What’s an interview?
M: [defines interview]
O: Did you write down that I like the construction memory game?
M: I sure did buddy!

Štai ir mano skrebukas Konkursui Nr.14 'Interviu'. Greitutis, minimalistinis, žurnalistinio stiliaus darbelis atliktas minimaliom priemonėm. Svarbiausia dalis, aišku kad pats interviu tekstas. Kad tekstas lengviau skaitytūsi, aš savo klausimus sūnui akcentavau žalia teksto spalva. Nuotraukoj jis laiko mano ranka rašytą interviu --ką Jūs matote, tai žodis pažodžiui atspausdinta kad sutaupyti vietos.
Audinio juostelė Nr. '5' įrėminta kadangi tai sūnelio amžius. Pieštukas žody 'interview' atstoja raidę 'I'. Siūlės nesiųtos siuvimo mašina bet štampuotos (šianakt tingėjau įjungti siuvimo mašiną :) Alfabeto raidės štampuotos tame teksto tarpe todėl kad man nesižiūrėjo tas tuščias tarpas.
Ačiū kad apsilankėte!

Sauniai cia sumetei savo "tep-lep".
Man toks savaitę užimtų.
Linksmas interviu, puikus Lo! ka cia pridurti ;) tiesiog nuostabu!
Thank you!
