Lately I've been really critical of myself as a scrapbooker. It seems to me that all the pages I'm scrapping lately are the 'stuck in a rut' variety. My scrapbooking style tends to be very precise, orderly: Everything in place and a place for everything, became my motto. This way of scrapping started feeling very confining, so I challenged myself to make a layout that is completely out of the norm for me: free, messy, not a 12"x12" size, and executed with a grab of products closest to me. So this is the result-a quick 12"x6" page. To prevent myself from overanalyzing each choice, and thus reverting to my old ways, I set a timer for 45 min. from start to finish. The timer was a great visual tool to hurry me. What do you think?
